English teacher, International Kindergarten,Panyu,18000-12000RMB per month, work visa

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: 18,000-20,000RMB per month depending on your teaching experience

Bonus: 4000-6000RMB per year

Working hours: 8:30-11:30am and 2:30-5pm, Monday to Friday

Holidays: four weeks in the summer and two weeks in the winter with 20%-50%of monthly payment

Work visa: the kindergarten is able to apply work visa or extend work visa for qualified applicants.

Start day:  September of 2017

-Students: 3-6 years old, 20-25 students per class with same age

-Curriculum and teaching material: provided

-Teaching assistants: 3 (1 Chinese teacher, 1 teaching assistant and 1 life teacher)
-Teaching material and curriculum: Provided
-Class style: English classes with songs, games and other activities
-Classes: 1 class in the morning and 1 class in the afternoon (same students in each class for the whole semester.

Teacher’s responsibility:

-  Make English lesson plans and organize non-teaching activities

-Join the school events and organize class performance for these events like Easter, Halloween, Christmas or graduation etc.

-Maintain good communication with parents.

School information: This is an international kindergarten with 6 foreign teachers. Our head English teacher is an experienced British teacher with strong responsibility on teaching and very good leadership. Foreign teacher will be the lead teacher in the English teaching with two Chinese teachers and one life teacher.

Each teacher will response for only one class in the morning and one class in the afternoon as the head teacher at English teaching classes. The students will spend half day on English study and half day on other topics. And foreign teachers will be required to assist other Chinese teachers’ classes and activities, like painting, drawing, dancing classes and Eastern party, Christmas party etc.

-Qualification:
1.Native English speakers from UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Republic of Ireland or New Zealand
2.BA/BS degree in any field
3. Kindergarten teaching experience preferred
4. TEFL or TESOL preferred
