Compensation

- Monthly salary: 30-32K RMB monthly, 26,000RMB to 28,000 RMB after tax

Responsibilities

-5 working days per week (Monday to Friday 8:00-11:30am and 2:30-5:30Pm )
-Less than 40 hour work week (1-2.5 hours off campus for lunch break)
-Attend the weekly meeting with fellow teachers (about an hour)

-Class sizes: 15 to 24 students
-Student ages: 6 to 18 year olds( limited to 1 or 2 Grades)
-Team teaching (work with 1 Chinese head teacher, 1 Chinese teaching assistant and 1 life teacher)
-Create lessons based IB curriculum
-Attend the ongoing training and development workshops

Requirements

-Native English speaker from UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Ireland and any other nationalities with IB teaching experience

-Highly responsible team player with hard working ethics

And meet one of the requirements below:

-Bachelor’s degree in any subject and TEFL

- Bachelor’s degree in any subject and a teaching reference

- Education degree or PGCE diplomas holders will receive higher pay.
