Position: IB Coordinator

Compensation:

Salary: 41,000RMB monthly before tax

Housing: housing allowance provided or apartment alternative

Summer and winter vacation payment:full-paid

Airfare: 10,000RMB annually

Bonus: 10,000RMB for the completion of one year contract and 10,000RMB for the renewal contract bonus

Medical insurance and pension: provided

Working visa: processed and cost recovered that caused in China

Working hours: 8:20-11:50 am and 2:00-5pm Monday to Friday

Start date: February of 2020 or September of 2020

Responsibilities

 The IB Coordinator leads the IB Program across all subject areas, supporting teachers to develop and implement an intellectually rigorous curriculum.

• Plan and execute all aspects of the IB program, including planning and implementing IB training, assisting with unit planning, and other professional development

• Work with the Principal and Operations Director to develop and implement the IB budget Qualifications

• Serve as liaison between the International Baccalaureate and our school, including coordinating and facilitating the program assessments

• Serve as liaison between elementary and middle schools, ensuring alignment with the IB across all the Grades

• Knowledge of all principles and components of the IB Diploma Program

• Support evaluation of student research  projects

• Ability to lead an academic team in program design, implementation, and evaluation

Requirements:

• 3 years or more of IB Diploma Program teaching experience
